We are facing more and more problems with spam, exploited sites, phishing emails, emails contain viruses, constantly being blacklisted, etc.

We will no longer be able to provide this service due to all of these constant issues.

Starting next year, we will be forced to scale back operations.  We will be going through payments to determine the number of accounts paid beyond the end of this year to be sure we continue offering service to those accounts or process a refund.

Does this mean that the freepgs services are to stop in 2015?  If so, perhaps an official notification should be sent out to the website administrators so that alternative provisions can be arranged if needs be?

I have two sites running on the east.lvcs.net server, for the last week or two the server speed is operating very slow, is there a problem?

The renewal email states that the main account is due for renewal at $10, there are also $10 payment links for each of the sub-domains of the main account.  Perhaps admin can clarify things?

My annual renewal is due in the next few weeks and I have received an email reminder.

Previously I just had to just renew my my main account and all of the sub-domains on the account were included.  However, the annual renewal email is indicating that there is now a charge $10 for each sub-domain account.

When renewing with paypal there is an option to change the quantity i.e quantity 2 @ $12
Therefore does this option mean that the renewal period is for two years?
Ideally I would like to renew for a period of 3 years if it is possible?

I don't think that the old freepgs hosting ever had free ads.  It was just a one off payment.

Perhaps an option would be to offer a reduced annual fee if for example pre-paying a number of years in advance, may be something to consider.

I am pretty sure that there was no extra information box to fill out on the paypal checkout. It's a different format than the usual paypal process, probably because the site is an authorized reseller business?

I have contacted lvcs support, so now awaiting a response.

I just completed the annual maintenance payment through the support.2co.com link that you provided on another thread. I used the paypal payment option, but there was no option to enter any of my account information? So I guess you have received the payment and do not know what it's for?

I emailed the paypal email address that the payment was sent to but it's an automated service that seems to be run by another company.

What should I do?

I cannot access the control panel on PLESK2 using Plesk entry point: https://plesk2.lvcs.net:8443. I get an 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'

Any ideas please? I cannot even put out a support request due to no access
