Support Requests / Annual renewal charge on sub-domains?

My annual renewal is due in the next few weeks and I have received an email reminder.

Previously I just had to just renew my my main account and all of the sub-domains on the account were included.  However, the annual renewal email is indicating that there is now a charge $10 for each sub-domain account.

Is this correct?

Support Requests / annual maintenance fee payment problem

I just completed the annual maintenance payment through the support.2co.com link that you provided on another thread. I used the paypal payment option, but there was no option to enter any of my account information? So I guess you have received the payment and do not know what it's for?

I emailed the paypal email address that the payment was sent to but it's an automated service that seems to be run by another company.

What should I do?

Support Requests / no access for plesk CP

I cannot access the control panel on PLESK2 using Plesk entry point: https://plesk2.lvcs.net:8443. I get an 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'

Any ideas please? I cannot even put out a support request due to no access  >:(
