If you can't delete them, maybe you changed the permissions of the files (chmod) to a value that denies you access. In the online file manager, such files will have a value under 600 in the "perm" column. You can try to change the permissions again by clicking on that number. Once you have fixed this, you should be able to delete the files.
If it still doesn't work, you can ask the help of the admin through the contact form.
