Fee to pay / Egold?

I have money on EGOLD is that currency allowed   anywhere to exchange egold to paypal to make the payment ??

I dont have credit card so i cant fund PAYPAL. (i´ve registered a free account)

I am from argentina, i want to pay the fee to continue hosting, but i dont know how to do it.

I read on some forums and most exchange services are said to be scam.
