Cannot login to Plesk!!

Hi ,

is there another username or password to log-in to Plesk?

I did send the migration request but nothing happened? I didn't receive the email??

What to do please ?

my user names are:

1)ysabban1
2)hallprod

couldn't log in and cannot reset my password
