A friend was looking for web hosting so i pointing him here. He "signed up" twice yesterday, and was charged twice, but his account hasn't been created yet? (I thought they were instant activation). He tried lost password but the username was not found. No emails from Freepgs either. Any help/advice? Does he need to email the admin or?

I thought i had domain names sorted but i've got an odd problem

This is with http://www.browser-info.com/

I checked with Whois - and got the results:

nserver:                         ns1.lvcs.net 64.193.110.133
nserver:                         ns2.lvcs.net 64.193.110.134

(As it says they should be on the "Add Domain" page.)

I have changed the DNS from FreePgs to another host since the domain was added to my freepgs account - Perhaps it needs readding?  (Although it is still on the list)

Little lost here. Any help much appreciated.

The best way to solve this is to move to our freepgs.com server, I haven't had to reboot that server
yet... plus our software is easy, fun, and well, secure and not so buggie

Agree about the software. Myself i was thinking about moving back despite not having email inboxes which i have grown to like but the freepgs server seems to be having problems too atm... (have one of my 3 sites there)

Edit: Updated my DNS records to new IP.

Tried to retrieve password when i couldn't login... "User not found"

I don't remember changing my username....and i have no email reguarding it nor account removal.

I was just wondering if the Plesk Servers mail boxes were compatible with IMAP? (I don't know much about this, but ..). I Understand that POP3 deletes the email from the online mailbox once it's been downloaded, but IMAP does not? (Both online and offline copies)

I'm having problems with PLESK-STAT on the plesk server, i'm accessing it through mydomain.co.uk/plesk-stat/

I enter the correct user and password and i recieve a 403 forbidden error. I'm pretty certain the user/password are right because when i got them wrong initially i recieved another error page.

Any help much appreciated.

Admin, were you talking about the new server there?

My site also seems to be down alot on the plesk server. I often can't access it, but i can access the plesk-control-panel. If this is due to another user using all the connection slots then i suppose i should move to the new server?

Does the new freepgs server have webmail and unlimited subdomains?

I was wondering whats happening with the temp server now the new one is up? I've got 2 domain based accounts on the temp server and i noticed that my accounts have also been re created on the new server also? Should i move my files over or?
