Support Requests / Re: Please add my new url~
December 02, 2007, 07:46:59 AM
Please allow 24-48 hours for changes to be made. Most of the time it will be less than 24 hours.

Also, please only submit one contact request for the URL change. Sending another message requesting it to be changed "ASAP" does not speed the process up.

Your URL change request has already been processed.

(I have enabled the mail function, please try your script again)

Thank you,

Try using the FTP Zip extracting feature again. It could have been caused by the DoS attack. Zip extracting works fine on my end when unzipping files.

We are implementing additional security measures to prevent future attacks. That is the reason you are receiving the "do no have permission" message. Please bear with us while we work on the server.

BUT HOW THE HECK DO YOU DECRYPT IT??

MD5() is a one way hashing function. You cannot decrypt it.

Currently, www.freepgs.com is pointing to the windows server. This will be corrected within a few hours (when the admin returns). You can still access the FreePgs site via http://system.freepgs.com/

Support Requests / Re: Lost data in fire (?)

Sorry, but all data was lost. There is no way for us to recover your data off the server. All user's data was lost in the fire. Hence we always urge users to keep back-ups of their site/data.

There are currently no problems with Plesk.

The DNS wasn't the problem in this case. It was just a simple mis-match in the DB settings information in his script.
