Create a file named .htaccess

order allow, deny
allow from all
deny from 127.0.0.1

Just replace 127.0.0.1 with the IP

Make sure you've already set up a database (http://system.freepgs.com/database.php)

I'll go through this as PHP would

1) replace all a with b
result: bbc bcb

2) replace all b with c
result: ccc ccc

3) replace all c with a
result: aaa aaa

Is 68.178.168.59 the IP for the plesk server?  www.starmakers.org.uk points to ns.123-reg.co.uk and ns2.123-reg.co.uk, which point to ns.hosteurope.com and ns2.hosteurope.com, which seem to point to that IP.

I see a popup too when entering the forum. I'll help investigate

Update: I couldn't find any popup code either.  Very strange.

Free email forwarding, or uucp hosting.

If you don't want to do the uucp hosting, just make a new gmail account and forward there.  There's a way to send messages from gmail that look like they're from your domain account.

It all just requires an MX record pointing at their server.

Well this is really still something that CAN be done just using HTTP_USER_AGENT. I do the exact same thing except I just did it to give IE users GIFS and FireFox users PNGs. I don't care about IE users not seeing a pretty site because I'm trying to help firefox get ahead of IE and the only way to make people wanna use firefox (teh betetr browser) is not to keep adding full support for both, but to stop addign extra support for IE. It might be a little detramental to your site at first but the end result is worth it.

Anyway I'm 99% sure that we don't need the .ini. Just like the md5 encryption you can probably find the actual scrit somewhere and just stick it on a .php file in your site. But I dunno much about it.

Firefox 1.5 seems to get GIFs :P

I'm seeing a page about 2hott's chat site for NSCELICA.COM.  I'd assume that means it's online now. :P

Perhaps add a variable that gets set to different values (true/false, for example) by the two functions, and call a third function that checks the variable and runs show or hide depending on the value.

I'm wondering, what was with every freepgs page (including member services and this forum) showing up as "No domain configured at this address" for a while?
