There is a place to type info in paypal. If choosed service/other type of payment. Then in the bottom part of page are places like subject etc. I think you've to write to admin :>

Hi guys I logged in today and what I saw? I need to make a payment or my account will be permanently deleted. Fine I understand payment. I just don't get why there are no mail reminders. In lcvs menu I've got Expiration date   Unlimited. One guy on forum sayed that he's got an email on 1st december. I searched even spam folder, no mail. Damn I'm lucky that I camed to forum to look "what is happening".

Conclusion? I think many people don't know about payment and they will be very sad on 1st january. Mail remainder would be nice
