I thought freepgs accounts did not offer CGI/perl??

Shouldn't people simply viewing your website use bandwidth? ive also had people download files from my site, and absolutely nothing is showing up on my bandwidth meter. its 0 for everything all the time. Is there something wrong?

No they re-enabled new account activation ages ago.

No... go click the Sign Up link. New sign ups are disabled right now. As I said I must have signed up on the right day.

They discontinued making new accounts several months ago I'm pretty sure...

Maybe I got in on a lucky day then, because I just signed up last week. Thank god, this is the best deal on hosting there is.

We still are paying customers of a service. That's basically like saying if you bought a $0.25 stick of gum that you don't have the right to compalin that there was a bug in the gum, but if we we payed $100 for that stick of gum then we can complain.

But then you may not be fussed with that, since you can pay another $0.25 for another stick of gum, but you would expect something that costs $100 to be a lot better, if it wasn't you wouldn't bother paying that much.

Anyway, as the moderator said, he would of done it a while ago but he can't, let's just wait for the admin.

In this case if you payed for another stick of gum (at this time) there would be another bug in your gum.

You guys need to chill the hell out, for the price we pay for hosting here you pretty much don't even have a right to complain about a temporary server outage. If you don't like it get hosting elsewhere, at a premium rate, it will get fixed when it gets fixed. Don't ruin this service and make Freepgs reconsider their almost free hosting. Relax.

  I'm getting errors as well. I tried to delet a database it said it doesn't exist. and my FLAM player can't load the playlist infro from a database. LOl I spent a good amount of time trying to fix it thinking it was a problem with my code.

I just had a look and got a 403 error. You might have the page cached on your hard drive. Try clearing out your temp files and see if that does it.

Wow you are a genius lol. And I'm a dumbass for not thinking about that, so simple yet so unthinkable. Just tried it on the browser which shouldnt be named (IE) and its not there. Good. This is the only time Firefox has made me mad.

This bring up a question... can you setup firefox to not cache certain pages?

Is there some type of delay on the server bewteen changing files via FTP and what your servers actually show when going to a page. Because I'm trying to update a page and it keeps showing a page I have since deleted. If you dont understand what Im asking I will elaborate.
