Oddly, I am on the west coast but the east server pinged back the faster time, so I'm not sure which one I should choose.

Support Requests / php mail form
April 26, 2008, 06:22:35 AM
I had php forms working on the old server after requesting the mail setting turned on. I can't get the same forms to work on the plesk. I have the php setting on and tried with the safe mode on and off. It all works except the form data is not emailed to my address. I've tried looking for this in the User Guide....

What must I do?

Thanks for any help.

Now that we've migrated and the old server is shut down, can we change our urls from <ourName>.plesk.freepgs.com to <ourName>.freepgs.com?

Just hoping for a shorter url ^_^

Thanks.

Support Requests / Re: Question about Plesk Databases

Help please!

I've switched over to plesk and am trying to set up a database (mysql). I've created the database and the user with password, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to access the database. I've looked thru the documents on Help and didn't find anything.

From Home, I select my domain and then Database, database_name, user_name but that takes me to page where I can change the password. I click DB WebAdmin and all it seems to do is refresh the screen.

Sorry if I'm being dense, but how do I access it?

Support Requests / Database Error Message
May 30, 2007, 08:10:11 PM
Hi,

I am installing a management program (SMS) and I have my database setup with name, user name and password, hostname and all that good stuff but I'm being asked for "Database Error Message". I tried to find this but alas could not. What is it or where to I find it?

Appreciate any help. Thanks!
