For more than an hour now, my website has been taking forever to load. Is this only happening to me?

I see this error message in the main page of phpMyAdmin. Please advise what error this is. Thanks.

Is the server down? I cant get into any of my sites now.

Can someone tell me how to use phpMyAdmin to edit a table? I wanted to change table phpbb_banlist to phpbb2_banlist but I dont seem to be able to find the table edit function in phpMyAdmin. Thanks.

With this done you should run the following command: patch -cl -d [PHPBB DIRECTORY] -p1 < [PATCH NAME] (where PHPBB DIRECTORY is the directory name your phpBB Installation resides in, for example phpBB2, and where PATCH NAME is the relevant filename of the selected patch file).

Is FTP at PLESK/LVCS down? I have not been able to FTP to my account for almost 24 hours now.
