This has got to be the greatest scam I have seen on the internet!
Advertise hosting as a "onetime fee", then you later on dump all the sites to a new server/system and give people you collected $ from a deadline to transfer or they lose not only information, but actual hosting. THEN when they think all is OK again, surprise them with an email that basically says "We lied, we want more $, pay or we'll renege on our contract with you".

I agree... this sucks.
As Daveoh said, it's only $3... but they STILL advertise the one-time-fee.
And the "one-time" is even BOLDED.
I'm no lawyer, but... sounds like False advertisement + Breach of Contract.
