I don't know what I did wrong. BUT, I deleted everything and started over. It loaded right up with no problems. Thanks for trying to help me!

I just have freepgs hosting which I am new to. My url here is http://flamingpixels.freepgs.com . Do I need to associate that url? Sorry but I've never uploaded a forum before. I can see and sign-in to the forum but can't access the administration area 'cause of that error message. I'm so frustrated! 
Do I need to purchase a domain name?
I own a domain name through another company. Shouldn't I be able to switch it over to freepgs? I think the rule was to wait 6 months first, which it has been more than that.

Why do I get this error message from freepgs when I try to access my administration panel on the forum I uploaded?
