Im trying to upload and extract the PHPBB2 zip file. But I keep on getting this error

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/admin/system.freepgs.com/ftp/includes/pclzip.lib.php on line 4273

Any other way I can upload it?

Have you tried using a ftp program such as filezilla?

1) extract on your computer
2) Upload with FTP client program
3) enjoy

I also recommend FileZilla (http://filezilla.sf.net)

Alright, I installed FileZilla. But I dont understand what to do, or how to connect.

30 seconds exceeded probably means that your file upload is just stalling.. not doing anything worth while. Because of this the server may drop it completely.

Filezilla is very easy to navigate!

Look on the top bar of the program and you will see a couple of blank spots:
Address - enter the ftp address of the server
Username - Enter your FTP Username
Password - Enter your FTP Password
Port - Enter your port or leave blank (default is "21")

Here is how I have mine set up, you can connect to your page if you use freepgs by entering "freepgs.com" or "ftp.freepgs.com" in the address slot.
