Title: "You do not have permission to manage this domain."

I tried to edit my plesk account and it gave me this message. Is it from the switch, and do I just need to wait it out?

Please manage your account via https://plesk3.lvcs.net:8443/

Your DNS records were changed, however, it may take up to 24 hours before you will see your site on the new server.  Once this period ends, your proxy scripts will work.

Be sure you are using the correct Username/Password.  Your account is active.

Your username is lowercase.  Your password is case sensitive.
