The Plesk server is in the process of being reprovisioned. The new server has not yet been setup.
Unfortunately, the provider is requiring us to wipe the system clean due to some "attacks" that were being carried out by the server.
This means all data will be lost. I have some users files backed up to the FreePgs server at this time. When they get the account operational again, I will attempt to backup additional data if I can.

Most users have been recreated on the Plesk server at this time.
I was able to back up all of the data before the shutdown.
The remaining users will be created by this evening.
