i need to know a php form that will save whatever was inputted in from a html form

/maybe a noob question to ask but i havent been using php for a while now/

I don't quite understand teh question, there are no "PHP Forms". Can you explain explcitly what you want to do?

My guess:

He wants to have a form on some page that submits to a php script that saves the input in a txt file.
