How do you restore database from a backup

How do I restore my database from a backup using Plesk?

You can use phpMyAdmin located at http://phpmyadmin.freepgs.com/

If you have not created a database, you must first do so via Plesk.

You will need to login with your database username/password, click on the "SQL" icon under the "phpMyAdmin" graphic on the left.

Another window will open.  (You will need to allow phpmyadmin.freepgs.com to open popups for this to work).

Click the "Import Files" tab within that window and click "Browse" to find your backup file.
