As a reminder, we have been phasing out the Plesk5 and Plesk6 servers since the beginning of October.  The time has finally come to remove these machines from service.

Once these machines are taken down, we will not have any access to the files on them, so please be sure to request migration to one of the new system AND change the nameservers for your domains to the appropriate servers.

If you are unable to email helpdesk at freepgs dot com for whatever reason, please email plesk at lvcs dot net and provide your username, server name (Plesk5 or Plesk6) and that you would like to migrate your account to one of the new servers.

You can ping the following hosts to determine which server is closest to you.  If you are unable to do this, please tell us your general location and we can pick a server for you.

east.lvcs.net
eu.lvcs.net
lax.lvcs.net
west.lvcs.net

The first 3 allow you to run PHP versions 5.2.17, 5.3.28, 5.4.23, or 5.5.7 on your site.

If there is only a slight difference between lax and west, please choose lax as that machine is running more up-to-date control panel software.

There is no cost for the migration.  Your current plan information is brought forward.  If your account expires at the end of this year, it will still expire at the end of this year after migration.  If your existing account has 3 years remaining, you will still have 3 years remaining after the transfer.

We will be running through all of the remaining accounts on Plesk5/Plesk6 within the next few days.  If you are still using an account on Plesk5 or Plesk6, be sure to request migration and repoint your sites!

We have removed files for all domains that were not actually pointed to Plesk5/Plesk6 so we can get a concise list of who to continue trying to contact.

As a reminder, we have been trying to migrate users off of these servers since the beginning of October.  We will not be able to keep the servers alive beyond the first week or two of January (depending on the renewal dates).

Many of the remaining accounts will expire at the end of the year.  The few that are not expiring will be migrated to some server so the content is able to be retrieved.
