can anybody tell me what happend??

This is because the ISP that hosts the "mysql5.freepgs.com" server is down.  That server will not be reachable until they get service up and running again.

This is the same reason that www.freepgs.com or system.freepgs.com will not work, as they are hosted at the same center (but on a different server)
