mysql server -> too many connections

Is the connection limit going to be made larger? Or are their alternate solutions to this error, on a per account basis? My forum keeps dying due to these errors...

We suspended the account using all of the MySQL connection slots on the Plesk2 (Plesk) server.

Please let us know if the issue persists.
