SMTP Relay Closed

We have now closed SMTP relay due to an abusive user sending thousands of "Tax Notification" emails.  We previously only allowed relaying after authentication.

(Spammers now try basic usernames/passwords until they are granted.  There is most likely some mail accounts on the Plesk servers that either use the same password as the username, or very basic information (easily guessed) information.

We have now modified the system to check for mailbox passwords in the dictionary.

We were able to block the user.

Relay is back to normal (with authentication of course)
