my account hacked

today I received a message from freepgs that
"You have changed your FreePgs.com username from "bekmezci" to "ferroli"

This is a reminder of your changed username."

also got another mail says that my contact email hasbeen changed
my user ID is "User: bekmezci - ID: 51035"

what can I do in this situation??
also how can this be?

I also apllied by the contact form but no response.
could you please tell me what to do?

just wait .. there will be a delay whilst they check the logs and sort your account
