Coffee cup FTP

Hi, because I know my old FTP program will not be compatible with Vista and sooner or later I'll get a new computer with Vista, I have been trying to use another program (Coffee Cup).  Coffee Cup is an html editor that you can also upload files with.  It wants me to enter a remote directory.  I didn't have to with the other program.  What is my default remote directory please?

Try just putting in / for the directory
