Can't Add Domain

I keep getting told that my a record does not point to the freepgs servers ip address but, it does and i have  proof:

It has to point to a, name server not the, html server

So what am i supposed to do to correct this? Is this correct?

the ip on the main page is

64.193.110.136

and for future referace put screen shots in .jpeg format  (even on broadband your screen shots take ages to downoad )
