Recent IP change leaves me without access

After the recent ip change I've noticed my stats drop dramatically and have been unable to browse or update my site.   Using nslookup my dns server returns the old ip. I work for my ISP and have contacted the NOC. I then used a few web based tools to check the ip and they all resolve to the old ip. Then domain is through namecheap and is pointed at the ns1/ nameservers.
Any ideas on what my issue is?


I believe this was resolved via the Contact Form.  (Zone file not updated on our end for your domain)
