If my account is a "Linked" account, is that a free plus or no cost account? Please tell me.

Did you pay anything for the account? Free plus, linked and no cost are all slated for removal by the end of the year unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

Actually, I contacted FreePGS, and they said that Linked accounts wont be deleted. So  :)!

That is correct, only "FreePlus" and "NoCost" plans are slated for removal.  We did have "Linked" accounts included in this list to start with, but this was later removed.
