Can't access site through domain

Hi,
I can't access my site through the domain (www.starmakers.org.uk) for some reason. My account is on the Plesk server. Would it be possible for you to tell me what's wrong?

Is 68.178.168.59 the IP for the plesk server?  www.starmakers.org.uk points to ns.123-reg.co.uk and ns2.123-reg.co.uk, which point to ns.hosteurope.com and ns2.hosteurope.com, which seem to point to that IP.

Ah. They were correct, the nameservers were PLSK1.LVCS.NET and PLSK2.LVCS.NET about a month ago. I think 123-Reg changed something so it defaulted to their nameservers.
