A new helpdesk ticket system was installed for FreePgs users.

You can send a new email to helpdesk at freepgs dot com with your issue and a ticket will be created for you.
You can also submit tickets via http://www.freepgs.com/support/

If you received old ticket notifications, that is because of old replies that were in the helpdesk@ account that hasn't been used for a while.
