Something is amiss with ports/PHP.

I have three scripts which have been working for quite some time but now they don't (within the last two weeks).  They are located at the following addresses:

Has something changed server-side that would disable the f.... commands or has something been firewalled?  Nothing has changed in the code but none of them work anymore.
