phpnuke login looping with IE only

I've got an interesting problem that I can't find the solution to.

I have two gold accounts with freepgs.

http://sfoa_admin.freepgs.com

With both of these sites I can use Opera or Firefox and log in with no problems.
However, whenever I use IE I can only log in to the ragingtide website.
With sfoa_admin I keep looping back to the login screen.

I'm officially out of ideas - I've tried to compare any settings between the two but nothing that I can see that is different.
I even have a second database and installation of phpnuke for sfoa but it still loops whenever using IE.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
You can use the login/password    testacct/testacct on both pages if you care to take a look at what I'm talking about.

It doesn't seem to be related to just phpnuke.

I just installed and configured a test drupal site and I get the looping error when using IE but not with Opera.

One addendum - the ragingtide.com site was registered and setup with freepgs quite a while ago where the sfoa_admin was setup just a few months ago.

Could it be something on the freepgs side?  I honestly don't see how it could be but this is quite baffling to me.
