You just need to replace the index.html file to replace that text.

You will use "plesk.lvcs.net" as the FTP server name.  Be sure to upload files into the "httpdocs" directory.

It might be a bug in your FTP client, from what I can see.

Could you try another client, like FileZilla (download), and see if it works?

Be sure you have specified the correct server name, username, password, and path.

You may also try to enable PASV mode within your cilent if you are behind a firewall/nat device.
