To create a domain in Plesk, perform the following steps.

In this example, we will assume your account is hosted on the plesk4 server.  If you are on a different server, you will need to substitute plesk4.lvcs.net with the name of the server your account is located in.  (This information was sent to you when your account was created)

1) Login to Plesk via https://plesk4.lvcs.net:8443/
2) Click Home
3) Click "Add New Domain"
4) Enter the domain name you wish your site to resolve with.
   *If you do not have your own domain name, enter "username.freepgs.com"
5) Click OK
6) Select "Physical Hosting"
7) Click OK
Enter the desired FTP username/password
9) Check "PHP"
10) Uncheck "Safe Mode" next to the PHP option
11) Click OK

Now, you can upload your files using FTP.

FTP Server Name: plesk4.lvcs.net
Username/Password: <as you entered above>
Initial Directory: "/httpdocs"

If you used "username.freepgs.com" as the domain name, you will need to use the "Help Desk" link within Plesk to request the DNS records to be updated so this name will point to the server your account is located on.

If you have your own domain, you will need to modify the nameservers (via your domain registrar) to:
PLSK5.LVCS.NET
PLSK6.LVCS.NET
