Length Of Time For Changes To Propagate?

OK...

I changed my domain to point to the freepgs.com nameservers (NS1.LVCS.NET, NS2.LVCS.NET & NS01.BACKUPDNS.COM). If I do a whois on my domain, it shows the proper nameservers. I contacted the admin about the change and received a message back saying that, "The domain has been added back to our nameservers."

Sure enough, if I run the following command, "dig @ns1.lvcs.net pcmdsolutions.com" I can see that everything appears as it should. However, if I do the following, "dig pcmdsolutions.com" I get the following:
;; QUESTION SECTION:
;pcmdsolutions.com.             IN      A

;; ANSWER SECTION:
pcmdsolutions.com.      3602    IN      A       216.69.169.20

;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
pcmdsolutions.com.      1046    IN      NS      ns.pcmdsolutions.com.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
ns.pcmdsolutions.com.   1046    IN      A       216.69.169.20

Obviously, this dig is getting the info from my ISP's DNS server. Pointing my browser to my domain shows me the site which is on Plesk.

My question is, do I need to do anything else? Or, is it simply a matter of waiting for the nameserver change to propagate to my ISP's DNS server?

Not long after posting the above message, I found that the change had finally propagated to my ISP's DNS servers.

So, everything is now working as it should.
