FreePgs Related / Support Requests / My sub-domain stopped working
|
on: July 06, 2007, 02:47:28 AM
|
Hi there, I used to be able to use forums.artificial-intel.com to re-direct to artificial-intel.com/forums.
For some reason, it's not working anymore, and I can't remember how I set it up in the first place.
How do I fix this again?
Thanks Alex.

I have set up a PHPBB forum, but people cannot register because of this error: Failed sending email :: PHP ::
DEBUG MODE
Line : 234 File : emailer.php According to PHPBB forums, its because PHP is enabled on my account for sending emails. Do these settings look right to you? EDIT: I just realized that PHP Emailers are disabled and I have contacted the admin. Thanks for your help.

Is there a way to redirect a 404 Error page to my own?
EDIT: Never mind I found it. But can someone explain what these errors mean? 401, 403, 404, 500 etc.

Cool thanks, all done. I'm just curious though, whats this for: 'ns1.domainsite.com and ns2.domainsite.com'? By the way, it is normal for this to happen (click the link): http://artificial-intel.com/Freepgs error: The error was: Unknown Domain
Sorry, this page is not available
You are receiving this error because the domain you have attempted to view has not been associated to a users FreePgs account

FreePgs Related / Support Requests / Setting up my domain (settings)

Hi there, I just got an email from my domain provider, but I'm not quite sure how to set this up (a little too technical for me) Heres some part of the email: Please note: Your domain name must be using our name servers, ns1.domainsite.com and ns2.domainsite.com, for your newly created DNS record to work. Here's a screen shot of the actual DNS Management screen on the domain providers site (which I have to configure) If anyone has any idea how to do this, please give a shout. thanks

FreePgs Related / Support Requests / Upload script
|
on: December 26, 2006, 12:04:37 AM
|
Hi, does anyone have an upload script where when someone goes to a url they can browse for a file on their computer and when they hit 'ok' it will upload onto my freepg's account?
I need something that will limit the size to 2mb for one file and will be secure (i.e. so they cant upload a php script and then execute it). I also need it make sure it doesn't overwrite another file by changing the name and returns the link.
Anyone know where I can get something like this?

OMG, your not gonna believe this. This whole time I was entering the wrong password Its because my password is so long I have to copy and paste and a character gets chopped off. Sorry about that. It works now, thanks for that.
