How embarrising, that name was taken too! Well i did my homework this time and came up with "jscanvas pong". Soooooo... could you please point the dns for http://jscanvaspong.freepgs.com to the old freepgs servers?

Not the domain itself, the whole account itself so instead of 2 seperate accounts, merge them into 1 account and give the disk space/bandwidth of both accounts.

Sorry, due to a conflict with a game of the same name already excisting, i had to remove the previous name to prevent potential copyright lawsuits and change the name to wiioperapong, with the domain wiioperapong.freepgs.com. Since the help desk ticket notification system isn't working i guess i might as well as here. Could you please point the domain http://wiioperapong.freepgs.com to the old freepgs.com servers for the plesk username mbecerra and on the plesk2 server? Thanks, and i also would like to merge my plesk3 server account with my plesk2 server account which would give me 4 gigs of space. The plesk3 username is the name as my plesk2 username(mbecerra).

I posted a support request 2 days ago in the plesk ticket system to have http://jspong.freepgs.com point to the old freepgs dns servers. My request hasn't been filed yet and it's been 2 days. I'm waiting for my site to go up so i can start my project, Pong in Javascript. My plesk username is mbecerra and the server is plesk2. Could an admin look into this?

It is connecting on port 21. Any suggestions on other free portable ftp programs?

I am trying to ftp my web site files and am getting the following error:

Error listing directory /httpdocs

Could not retrieve directory listing
Illegal PORT command

1. I just tried to access plesk and plesk3 and both are down. Any idea on why?

2. I am creating a facebook application and am wondering if this would be ok, or would it put too big a strain on the plesk3 server?

I'm having trouble migrating one of my accounts. I seemed to have forgotten the username for my second account. Could a suppport staff look into this? I know the account was originally created with the username magiquestwiki, and then it was rcs and then i believe it was phpwned, but then that username doesn't work. It was an extreme account linked to the email opensourcebasic@@aol.com.

I am experiencing problems trying to access the plesk and am getting 404 errors. Additionally my site is no longer loading and am getting "DNS Error - Server cannot be found" when trying to access my site. Please help.

I just migrated to the plesk server. I setup the domain www.freepgs.com and added the subdomain opensourcepong to it. However when i try to access http://opensourcepong.freepgs.com i get the error "Unknown Domain, the site you are trying to access is not associated with a freepgs account." Any ideas?

Nevermind, the server was having a moment of noobieness. 

I get the following error when i try accessing my site:

http://rcs.freepgs.com

HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Internet Explorer

Any ideas?

I'm trying to run a private shell program written in java and all i get is trying to connect to _____ after which it does nothing. I have checked my configuration and all the server info is in correct. Is there something blocking it from connecting on the freepgs servers?
