I've just found this old entry after a bit of looking around. Unfortunately it's still not answered, but I'd be interested in it, too.
I'd want to use Gallery2, a very nice PHP photo album software, but right now it's not supported as FreePGS does not offer ImageMagick or netpbm libraries. Would it be possible to install them and thus make it possible to use Gallery2?
