Support Requests / Re: Mailbox via Webmail (Horde) Pop3

I have tested this.  All settings are working correctly.

In the "Username" field, be sure to type your entire email address.

If that does not work, be sure "Webmail" is enabled in Plesk

<yourdomain> -> Mail -> Preferences -> "Webmail" checkbox should be checked.

Thank you,

They should be active instantly.

Plesk has had problems with the horde configuration in the past.  I will take a look at this for you.

Support Requests / Re: Database for subdomain?

You can only create databases under the domain.  Those databases can be used anywhere on the server.  (They are not limited to use by that domain)

I will set this up for you.

You can access it via http://www.nanoaging.com/cgi-bin/aws/awstats.pl?config=jonano

(Or via your static URL of http://www.nanoaging.com/modules.php?name=AWStats)

Please see if someone can help you install this.

Otherwise, I will help you install AWStats tomorrow when I have time.

You will actually need to install AWStats first before you can use the plugin for your CMS.

To setup a catchall

Add an account to use as the catchall.  (If you wish the mail to be sent to an existing account, you do not need to create another account)

Click your domain, then "Mail", then "Preferences"
Select "Forward to Address" and enter the email address you wish to receive the non-existent-user mail at.

The address is webmail.<yourdomain.com> to access the webmail service.  Not "wemail"

This should work once your domain is resolving from our nameservers.

You will need to use one or the other.

There is no difference in the speed of your site either way.  (DNS resolution time can vary from service to service, but only by a few milliseconds)

For this to work, your domain must be pointed to our nameservers.

You must also create your mail accounts on our server.

For incoming mail, you can use mail.<yourdomain.com>
For outgoing mail, you can use mail.<yourdomain.com> UNLESS your ISP requires you to use theirs

Do not use the "secureserver.net" entry listed in one of the other posts.  That will not allow you to send mail.

You can only reinstate at this time if you had/have a domain attached to your space.

Otherwise, you will need to wait a few weeks.

You will most likely need to enable PASV mode in your FTP client.

You are not establishing a data connection to the server.  This typically occurs because you are behind a proxy/firewall that does not forward port 20 back to you.

We have always offered mail services with domains upon request.

You can continue to use your registrar's email services if you wish.  You cannot use both ours and theirs for the same domain.

Yes, if the mail account is created within Plesk, you can view it via Horde

(Horde should be available at webmail.<yourdomain.com>)
