uploading avatar question for phpbb:

im using phpbb 2.0.2, w/ a template called acidtech. I enabled the avatar upload, and when i tried to goto my profile and tried to upload an avatar, it brings me to this blank page (forum/admin/index.php?admin=1&sid=7a0900fa21ec8aa99aac1e85b7849ad9). anybody know whats the problem is? or how to fix this problem, with full detail instructions plz  :D

If you have directory indexes turned on and do not have any .htaccess files, the problem is with file permissions.  Be sure file permissions are set to the default 644 and directory permissions are set to the default 755.  Permissions can be managed via any of the file managers or FTP.

Otherwise, if you want us to remove all folders within your account so you can start fresh, please let us know via the Contact Form.

/fpgs/fpgshttpd/username/ i loaded everything up, still got the 403 error...=[


in the options i checked back, in files it shows me /fpgs2/users/username/ ima go ahead and try it with this one and see wat happens

ooooo ok i guess its because of that since now u mentioned, thanks, ill go on right ahead and re-create those directories, its weird because when i bought the 30$ plan, it didnt have those directory when i accessed the ftp, and yes i can still access, ima go try it out right now

nvm, the last thing i remember was i created some directories fpgs/fpgshttpd/USERNAME/ then decided to delete it, is that the cause of that? or something else like above wat i did before? just wondering...cuz the directories ive made wasnt even on the account when i signed up with the plan, and i was reading about the htaccess stuff, so can anybody help me out?

i dont know wat i did but i get a "HTTP 403 - Forbidden", cant even view my site anymore nor the forums too =/ somebody help me!! =]


Dir Indexes and MultiViews are disabled as i remember

i recently transfered my domain, everything is uploaded and it shows up for that domain, back then i had a different host, usually i see the the "domain.com" folder in the ftp and thats where i load all my files for that domain...but this freepgs, it doesnt have that, i was thinking about gettng a 2nd domain but i dont know how its going to work out, can somebody explain to me how its going to work w/ the 2nd domain if it doesnt have the "domain.com" root folder after transfer...let me know soon thanks!

Hi, im new to this forum. I was wondering how many domain transfer can i have? it doesnt say the limit or i prob missed it, i forgot lol let me know soon, and im using the extreme plan the $30 one i think...thanks!
