I've done the above three times still doesn't work

I have finally got the domain created confirmation email but now I'm having difficulty accessing my FTP account using CuteFtp Pro to upload files to newly added domain @
http://rbizzy.plesk.freepgs.com/. My Ftp client keeps saying check username or password.  I have doubled checked everything and the password is correct. 

I have enabled secondary Ftp gave it a password different from my main account login yet it won't let me in.  I've tried the following Ftp links below

plesk.lvcs.net
plesk3.lvcs.net
plesk4.lvcs.net

Neither one works, whats could be the problem?

Ok, I've accessed my HTTPDOCS with FTP, uploaded all my files but I still can't view my site using the following link: http://rbizzy.plesk.freepgs.com/

I've waited for 15 minutes as mentioned in thread that it usually takes about 15 minutes for the changes to be seen.  So what did I miss?  can the admin access my account and see if I 've set the domain correctly because I'm sure I did.

ftp and upload your files to HTTPDOCS

I'm currently using CuteFtp Pro and everytime I upload something it uploads it to the freepgs server not my plesk server.  How can I set CuteFtp to upload directly into my HTTPDOCS folder?

[migration]

I have done all the required steps from migration to the add a new domain. However, my site remains unaccessible.  Can someone access my folder and see if I'm missing anything?

Can an Admin help me with deleting every single database in my user account.  I'm trying to re-upload a new site to my account but somethings aren't going and I have a feeling it's because of any previous database I might have created under the same name.
