Support Requests / DNS Servers Down?

Two of my websites on the plesk server are down: realityrehash.com and bigbrotherbash.com
I didn't change any of the DNS servers but I am getting a DNS error - cannot find server error when I try to go to those two domains.
I have both set to the same addresses that I received in the email and they have been working up until today, is there a reason they are down? Is there a problem I can fix?
