Thanks very much for the help. I've submitted a support ticket on the Plesk system.

Regarding the other question, I was wondering if anyone else has had any success setting up the PHP Lists system on Plesk. If so, did you have to change any settings (besides the database info and bounces processing) to get PHP Lists to work?

Thanks again!

Support Requests / Email Forms Are Not Working on Plesk
January 22, 2008, 09:49:53 PM
Hello. I recently migrated my account over to the Plesk system. When I migrated over to the Plesk system, however, I found that the Contact Us form on the website, which utilizes the PHP mail() function, is no longer working. Is there a setting in Plesk I need to enable to get the mail() function working?

Further, I as of yet have not been successful in setting up a new Newsletter system on the site - the system keeps giving me error messages when I try to send out test messages. I was wondering if the Plesk server has a history of problems with PHP Lists, or if the system usually does fine on Plesk. This will help me with troubleshooting whether this is a server problem or a settings problem.

Thanks in advance!

Support Requests / Re: What's with the database?

Hmmm... my website just came back online. Maybe there's some sort of database server maitennance going on that's causing - or was causing - these problems?

Ah well, 'tis solved... for now. At least I think it's solved.

My site is also experiencing similar errors, which is unfortunate because it means most of my site is inoperable. Does anyone know what is going on with the database server?

Hello. I'm currently having a problem backing up the databases I have on the mysql5.freepgs.com server. I first tried backing up my databases using PHPMyAdmin, then tried backing it up using a MySQL backup program on my computer. PHPMyAdmin didn't report any errors with the backup, but took a very long time (over 5 minutes) without returning any SQL Dump file. When I tried backing it up using the program on my computer, the program said: "Error while analyzing an SQL statement." I checked all of my tables for errors, but all of my table checks reported no errors. Do you know what the problem with my backup may be? Is there another way I could back up my databases?

Thanks in advance!
