I recently set up a an email address on plesk. I was able to read and access my mail online using horde. Can I use a program like outlook to read mail, and how can i do it? Thanks...

I am trying to delete everything on my website, however a few files will not. I thought maybe the CHMOD was not set right but when I go to change it this is what i get.
