Support Requests / East and West Server will be decommissioned?

It seems I am currently confused, it was first announced that west server will be decommissioned then now the east server will be also be decommissioned, I still have sites in both server.

Can anyone clarify this announcements? I mean the East server.

This topic will bring up all users that have been migrated over plesk.

My question is, now that I have been migrated over plesk.
How can I upload my files over plesk using FTP?
Do we still have access of mysql5.freepgs.com over plesk, any phpmyadmin at plesk of mysql5.freepgs.com?
Will my current URL be carried over to my plesk account?

I just opened my email recently seeing the "FreePgs.com Password Reset" emailed to me without my knowledge.

The email was requested from 209.89.126.157
