Can you tell who voted for what or do we need to tell you too?  I voted east.

I just forwarded the sales receipt with my plesk information...if you need any other information to figure out my account, let me know.

They told me they had stopped all charges.  I only wanted one of the instances of annual fees to stop - not both!  I guess I need to enroll again so to speak.  Not sure when my time is up though to do this.

The same for me...I do my own backups.  Thanks so much guys for supplying us with this wonderful service.  I can't imagine using another service after using you guys for so long.  YOU ROCK!

I had a problem with them as they were charging me once a year the original $3 and then another time $6.  I had done the $6 because of the price increase, but they were charging both charges.  I don't know if they stopped one or both charges, but I do want to continue paying for my freepgs account and not lose it.  I have contacted them on their help desk.  We'll see what they have to say next.  Thanks so much for Freepgs!

We will also revisit the idea of handling billing in a central system instead of relying on Plesk to send alerts that your dates are nearing their expiration.

Thank you.  I can't ever remember when or how to pay!

This depends on the version of Plesk, but typically you would access this using the "Limits" or "Resources" button under your main account.

You can also send an email to plesk at lvcs dot com and we can provide the date for you.

How do we know when to pay the dues.  I looked on Plesk and couldn't find anything to let me know when a payment was due.

Hey, I tried emailing and it bounced back to me....I couldn't find any limits on my site.  I have Plesk 5 and couldn't find any limits under the resources or anything.  I think I might need to pay next month but I am not sure.

Question:  I set this up but how do you know what account to apply the payment to?  Do you look it up by name...because I saw no other way to let you know what account it was for.

pixie,
Since the upgrade of the Plesk5 server to Plesk 10.x, it dropped the expiration dates from the tables.  We will need to go through your payments to figure out what you are paid to and apply that to your subscriptions if that has not already been done for your domain.

Please email plesk at lvcs dot net to have this reviewed.

Thanks, doing that now.

I have a question...I went to the Plesk 5 page....it used to have a place to show when our next payment was due, but I can't find it now for the life of me...I sure don't want to miss a payment, whatever you all decide to do.  I not only have my site here, but I store some files that I don't have as part of the site, but just backed up.  This is a great service and I've been a satisfied customer for some time.

Here's another silly question.  I set up my domain as pixie.freepgs.com (the same as before).  But when I type the address in my url, I think my old site comes up because I modified my index page.  What can I do now?

see http://forum.freepgs.com/index.php?topic=1787.msg8801#msg8801

"If you are using a domain name that ends with "freepgs.com", that domain will not point to the Plesk server automatically.  To have these domains pointed, please fill out the contact form, and we can make the necessary DNS changes.  You can also add the domain as username.plesk.freepgs.com if you wish to have a domain that will work immediately.
"

Thanks Possum, I am all set up now!
