Count yourselves lucky. Half of my sites have been down for weeks with no explanation. I have just finished migrating the last site to a proper host now... I'M FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! Good luck!!!

Most of the sites I maintain on plesk have been down for at least the last 13 hours *yet again*

I'd love to get an answer on why this happens... anyone??? I suspect that far too many customers have been taken on at this stage?

I recommended and set up a lot of my clients on freepgs and I look like a bit of a fool now, not just due to the amount of downtime but the fact that I have no answers as to the reasons for the downtime and how long it will last. The thought of migrating all the sites and databases to another host is a bit of a pain... but looks inevitable. More than a full working day without your web site and especially email is just too much. I guess you get what you pay for...

2 of my sites on plesk are down again! But the others still seem to be online.

Any chance you could let us know what the reasons for the unscheduled down time are and if this is going to be an ongoing issue?

It looks like it! I have 6 seperate accounts as well...

Hi,
I'm not receiving any email either by pop or in webmail since these changes. Do I need to change something??? I'm getting no error messages, no bounce messages are sent to the sender, the mail just vanishes into space.

My forwards don't get through either. My mail came back online just before 2am this morning (Ireland time) and as usual all the pop mail was sent and received at that time, some of them almost 2 days after they were actually sent. Webmail was usually my life-saver when this happened but it failed on me this time. No mail came into webmail and when trying to send I got an SMTP error.

Hi,
I have several domain accounts hosted on the plesk server and almost every day the email goes down for up to 2 days at a time. Error is 'Cannot Connect to the Mail Server'. Before now the webmail continued to work while the pop mail was down but even the webmail won't work now.

Is this happening on all accounts or just my accounts???

My mail is extremely important to me so please help!?
