now I have a question, what's the difference between mail.chinasaint.org and webmail.chinasaint.org
I can access http://webmail.chinasaint.org, it's Horde.
but http://mail.chinasaint.org is Plesk™ default page

MX records cannot point to an IP address, but to a name.

If you did not add an A or CNAME record for "webmail.yourdomain.com" you will not be able to access the webmail

You will need to create a DNS record for:

webmail IN A 216.69.169.20

Once created, you will be able to access the Plesk webmail for your domain.

Should I modify MX records to chinasaint.org instead of IP?
I will add an A or CNAME record for chinasaint.org, after doing this, shall I remove  MX records?

Is your domain pointed to our nameservers?

If not, you will need to add a record for "webmail.yourdomain.com." that points to 216.69.169.20
You will also need MX records setup to point to our system for mail to be received.

When I am in plesk system, I can't find where I can login webmail

I DID get '500 Internal Server Error' last night.
but it seems ok this morning, all of them restored and running

I have enabled CGI support in plesk Physical hosting setup page,  so that i can use cgi scripts. and it worked well.
But now it doesn't work,  i am sure i set their permissions to 755!
so odd

yes, i have tried this, and i can also install a ftp script in my own webspace, but to my surprise, plesk can only hadle single file upload

I find that only one file can be uploaded in plesk filemanager

I just had thought that the temp url in plesk looks like cpanel system, if username is jack, shared ip is 123.123.123.123, so the url is 123.123.123.123/~jack
but it seems that they are 2 different CP system in linux server.

there is no such url in plesk, right?

i wonder if we have url except domains.
for example: 11.11.11.11/~username or somthing like that.
