Well, I figured it out on my own. ... at least part of it. 

If you can help me now with a much more simple question, I would appreciate it. 

I uploaded via FTP the html folder, but binary is off...if i am saying that right.  I need the url to go dirctly to the html folder not the parent directory..  how do i move that.  i went into file manager, but i can't figure it out.

Hoping that someone can help a newbie.  I created my database, uploaded the nuke.sql file and now I am at a point where I don't know what to do next.  I had all of this done for me here a year ago, and my info was wiped out.  So now, I am trying to set it all back up, and it goes beyond my expertise.

I have read the volumes of material, but it is not making much sense to me.  Can anyone help me out?
