Support Requests / Does freepgs support external MySQL hosts?

When I try to access my MySQL host, it gives me this error:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Host 'fpgs.lvcs.net' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server in ...... on line 7
Could not connect : Host 'fpgs.lvcs.net' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

Is there anything I haven't done?
